WeRISE App is sponsored by KG Service Limited and jointly developed by the Stroke Research and Prevention Unit at HKU and Sau Po Centre on Ageing, HKU. It aims to provide a comprehensive risk factor management platform for stroke patients with the help of technology. WeRISE App also creates platform for family caregivers to operate the "Team Management Mode" to respond to and manage stroke in a three-pronged approach of "detection and monitoring, education and support".
