“Peaceful Home” is an Elderly Home with the use of MiC method. Gerontology and elderly-friendly features are incorporated into the design of the elderly rental units, including: • Warning device – it is installed with GPS and can be carried around to detect falls of the elders and to ask for immediate help • Home security system – facial recognition for guests, doors with electronic locks, and gas leakage monitoring etc. • Different-coloured floors – for easy recognition
