This VR-based vocational training tool aims to enhance people challenged by ASD’s understanding of work environment and social competence. VR technologies are applied to produce role-play simulation for strengthening their communication skills with supervisors, colleagues and customers. Participants can experience the work training procedures through VR in different work settings, for instance, warehouse and convenient store. It helps participants learn about the needs of service users, and hence promoting acceptance towards them.
